In the finished game "King Arthur: The Search for the Grail" became a subtitle the long name being Conquests of Camelot: King Arthur: The Search for the Grail, and the official hintbook called it Conquests of Camelot 1: King Arthur and the Search for the Holy Grail, hinting at the publisher's intent of the game to be part of Conquests of Camelot: Knights of the Round Table series (though that plan was tossed).
This was followed by the title Conquests of Camelot (game) (no subtitles) possibly an attempt to add 'quests' (to follow Sierra naming conventions), and possibly turn it into a series.
